Teen Shorts Incorporated is a not for profit organisation which runs film festivals for school students. Each film will receive a screening where students are able to attend and prizes will be awarded at regional and national levels.
Screenings will take place in November/December to minimise any disturbance to school exams.
Participating schools will have access to workshops with experienced filmmakers to develop their skills and allow students to engage with the creative process as productively as possible. It is hoped through the process young filmmakers will connect with students from all regions and build upon a desire to create their own stories through the use of film.
DVD compilations will be available for students to purchase.
All scripted work and music must be original or available for use in the public domain. Copyright infringement information and all of the required releases will be supplied.
